A little about me...

For me, photography began with a camera that once belonged to my mother. After she passed, it found its way into my hands, and what began as a way to document life with my four children slowly became a way of seeing the world differently.

Living in New Hampshire, we spent years wandering forest trails, riverbanks, lakeshores, and mountain paths. I learned to notice the details that are easy to overlook: the way light falls through the trees, the texture of weathered wood, the small details that make a place feel like itself. Eventually, I began carrying my camera everywhere, and photography became less about simply recording a moment and more about preserving how it felt to be there.

A move to South Carolina has brought a natural evolution to that way of seeing. New landscapes, new light, and new stories have opened another chapter in my work while keeping the same appreciation for natural beauty and genuine connection at its center.

Whether photographing a woman stepping into her own confidence, a couple beginning a life together, or a home and landscape woven into generations of memories, I approach every session with intention, curiosity, and an editorial eye. My goal is not simply to give you beautiful photographs, but to create imagery that feels unmistakably yours and remains meaningful long after the moment has passed.
